IS THIS YOU? Are you a Motivated self-starter, have a strong work ethic, good self-direction and organizational skills, like to solve
problems, enjoy people, do you develop relationships easily? You may be just what we are looking for to mentor adults with disabilities in
our area.  We have multiple openings in several programs. Would you like to help integrate individuals with disabilities into the community
and find suitable employment, provide direct support to individuals in our residential homes, assist individuals with disabilities to live
independently in their homes, or work with Infant/Toddlers & their parents to advance speech, mobility, and behavioral development?  To be
eligible you must have at least a High School diploma/GED (some programs require a Bachelors), valid driverís license, be drug free, and
able to obtain required clearances.   We are an equal opportunity employer.

Full-Time positions include UPMC Health insurance that is completely paid by the company (no premium deductions, no deductibles, and
only $10/$25 office visit fees).  Paid Vacation time, Sick Time, Holidays*, Bereavement, Jury Duty, 401(k)*, Life Insurance with STD/LTD,
and Dental options.  All positions require clearances

High School Diploma/GED required:

-Direct Support Professional: Provide mentoring, daily direction and support to integrate individuals with
disabilities into the community through day programs and/or community activities.  Must have reliable vehicle,
valid driverís license and clean MVR.  Day shifts, no weekends, no holidays.

-Program Advisor: Mentor and provide direct daily care of individuals with disabilities in one of our eight
residential homes.  Both Part-time and Full-time positions available.  Daily shifts, overnight-awake shift, Float,
or 56 hour block shift available.  

-Homemaker Chore:  Part-time.  Assisting individuals with disabilities in their home with daily tasks in order to
allow them to live independently.  Housekeeping tasks, laundry, light chores.  Day shifts, no weekends, no
holidays.   Must have reliable vehicle, driverís license, and clean MVR.

Bachelor Degree required:  Day shifts, no holidays, no weekends. 

-Infant-Toddler Therapies Services:  Working with infants/toddler and families in a home-based program to
develop and implement therapy plans.  Seeking Part-Time (may develop into Full-Time):
~  Speech-Language Pathologist

-Direct Support Professional-Enhanced Service Level:  Provide mentoring, direction, and support to
individuals with higher levels of need in order to facilitate their integration in the community and community
activities.
