Community Care Connections (CCC) provides two services that are funded through Butler County Human Services and via private donations. Homemaker Chore provides support to low-income adults with disabilities so that they can continue to reside independently in their homes while maintaining a safe and clean, living space. Stay for a Day is a day program designed for adults with disabilities who do not have waiver funding.
