Adult Services Community Care Connections (CCC) is comprised of residential, day, and employment services which are provided to qualified adults with disabilities/Autism. Residentially, CCC maintains 12 licensed community homes and provides supported living to participants who own or rent their own properties. CCC residential services follow guidelines established by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). Day services include ODP’s Community Participation Supports (community and center-based), behavior supports, and Specialized Skill Development as per the Adult Autism Waiver (AAW). Attendant Care Service Coordination, funded by the Long-Term Care Services Office is provided for those who receive the Act 150 or OBRA waivers. Finally, Butler County Human Services provides funds CCC’s Homemaker Chore Services.
