Employment Services at Community Care Connections (CCC) are comprised of Supported Employment Services and Benefits Counseling. Supported Employment services are Medicaid and state supported services that assist individuals with intellectual disabilities/Autism and other qualifying disabilities, to prepare for, seek, obtain, and maintain employment. Benefits Counseling helps individuals with disabilities understand how their earnings may impact their Social Security benefits and provides information to ensure the best way of maintaining those benefits while working and earning an income. The service is designed to empower individuals to make informed decisions about work and how to achieve their financial and employment goals.
