The Community Care Connections’ Behavior Supports Program offers participants evidenced-based positive behavior supports to ensure that individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism are successful in their everyday lives.

Community Care Connections is able to support individuals in their home, community, day center and/or work environment.
Individuals can be supported under the following waivers: Adult Autism, Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Support and Community Living. Each of these waivers are under the direction of a Pennsylvania State Licensed Behavioral Therapist at Community Care Connections, Inc.
