The Homemaker Chore Program at Community Care Connections provides services to low-income adults with disabilities that allow them to continue residing independently in their homes while maintaining a safe, clean-living space. The program is broken down into two types of services: instructional care and non-medical personal care. Instructional care is for individuals who are functionally capable but lack knowledge about independent living. Non-medical personal care is for individuals functionally unable to perform the essential tasks of daily living.
This program serves adults with significant intellectual, physical, sensory, or mental health-related disabilities residing in Butler County, Pennsylvania who do not already have access to a care system.
